Unlike Alzheimer's where there genetic links, Parkinson's disease and by extension LBD is not linked to genetics, yet both are alpha synuclein clumping related.

My dad passed in 2020 and this theory was starting to gain traction as a "man made disease" and he suspected it was his exposure to pesticides on our family farm that was the culprit. He was in a hot zone of Southeastern Minnesota on the paraquat use map.

Now can S1R/muscarinic modulation and homeostasis assist or reverse this? Remains to be seen, but I've made a bet it can.
