Dr. Missling is making sure the results are prepared the way the Fda likes to receive them (Kun Jin said as much recently) and supported by a 3rd party peer reviewed paper.

Maybe BIIB would he a good fit, they are past due for a 20 billion dollar PR bump. You might also try SAVA or Annovis, both are beaten down pretty good and might be nearing entry with the above mentioned priority.
