But $4 seems ridiculously low. That's valuing the operation at $1B (plus cash, inventory, etc.). That's implying peak annual revenues of roughly $275-300M. Which is basically saying "what we have today is the best we are ever going to do".

He has to clear out all the overweight retailers that can f-up his $4 buyout offer first. That's what he's doing now.
