Not bashing at all. They just sold ADEX this year and received revenues for it. Why are they going out and raising $5 million in convertible notes? The notes and warrants are well below the high 2 years ago. How is that bashing? After being in business for 23 years and doing as well as they claim, why can't they get a better deal? Dilution is never good. After divesting ADEX, why didn't they buy back shares? That is generally what a company does when they sell off a revenue generating division. Their RPS has been diluted pretty bad. These are just facts.
