There's nothing in SEC guidelines that says all language must be consistent. Once again, saying one thing ("eg; several") doesn't mean the other thing can't also be true! Unless there is evidence of actual intention to deceive the reader, a public company can pretty much use any truthful language it wishes to. As soon as XERI starts signing those 9-figure sales agreements for NexBoard, their inconsistent use of language (GASP!) will quickly become a non-issue.
