Just because XERI uses different language in the 10K doesn't mean they lied in their previous press release. The language in SEC filings is often different from PR copy! I honestly believe XERI was telling the truth -- and at least one "major home builder" (very possibly on KZ's list, or at least in that ballpark) will be among the first to use NexBoard in place of Drywall and other traditional building materials.
