Unlike selling a pill once a rep leaves the office the injector's expertise will decide how well the drug works. The launch included a 2 hour zoom training then a in office demo with samples to get everyone trained - this was mandatory across the USA. After the initial injector on -boarding there are many training visits and calls each injector can be on to make sure they have the education to inject AND even then...they will inject it wrong, price it wrong, use under dose due to fear, or misrepresent the drug and outcome.
