What you provided is proof that Axitec LLC has not receive one single NEW shipment of panels since SNPW signed an exclusive agreement on April 13 2023.

You seem to keep ignoring the fact that the exclusive agreement with SPP DID NOT BECOME AN AN EXCLUSIVE UNTIL June 13. 2023 per SEC filings.

On June 13, 2023, Sun Pacific Holding Corp. Ltd., a Vietnamese solar panel manufacturing company. Pursuant to the terms of the Exclusive Distribution Agreement, Sun Pacific Power Corp. will be the exclusive distributor of GEP solar panels in the United States up to 5 Megawatts total solar panel rating.

What you have proved that Axitec LCC brought panels before an exclusive deal was signed with SPP and are selling those panels that they have purchased before SPP has signed an exclusive agreement.

There is noting to indicate that Axitec LCC has gotten any NEW PANELS from GEP since 6/11/2023.

So what did GEP see in SPP during their DD period that caused them to decided to CHOOSE SPP over Axitec LLC to be their US partner and contact>
