The REASON I bring up Axitec is in response to continous posts pumping SNPW and its "exclusive" agreement to distribute GEP panels. I've provided PROOF that there's ANOTHER company who is importing large quantities of GEP panels DIRECTLY from GEP Vietnam, https://importkey.com/search/axitec%20llc

and sells the GEP panels on their website: https://www.axitecsolar.com/solarmodule-von-axitec

This PROVES that SNPW is NOT an "exclusive distributor" based on 1)- import records showing Axitec as the Buyer/Importer of record for GEP Vietnam panels, 2)- Axitec's website showing GEP panels for sale in the US, 3) Axitec rep confirming they sell GEP panels and provide after sales servicing and warranty, this was posted a few days ago with the rep's name and phone number, ANYONE can go call and verify, 4)- GEP sales rep verifying that SNPW is NOT the exclusive distributor, this was posted a couple of days ago, with the Sales Rep's name, it's very simple for anyone to go on GEP's site and chat with a live sales rep, they will verify this information easily.

Just because a public company is required by law to only publish true agreements doesn't mean they practice this. In 7 years Nick Campanella has been the CEO of SNPW, how much HUNDREDS of filings, press releases, Tweets, have later on been proven to be either false, or misleading, or premature??

Yes, GEP is a unknown brand in the US and it's a very difficult market to break into without significant marketing resources, there are dozens of established brands of solar panels at competitive prices and no reason to buy an unknown brand like GEP, all the more reason why SNPW has had ZERO sales or success in selling an unknown brand. Also, how long will a manufacturer like GEP continue to have its "exclusive distributor" sell its product with no sales before it cancels that agreement and goes to other companies??

Again, you've posted 45,000+ posts pumping SNPW on various boards over the years, sometimes 10+ posts a day!! So you obviously are connected to SNPW, why don't you address why another company, Axitec LLC, is importing and purchasing panels directly from GEP when SNPW is supposedly the exclusive distributor.

And if that question can't be answered, then it begs to ask what else is Nick Campanella and Sun Pacific lying about??
