Sorry, it is not that good anymore. This is a massive convertible note. The $5 million loan was very telling. First, they have a .10 conversion price set for 18 months. It would not be that low if this was a promising stock. Also, they have warrants going out 5 years at .15. A high interest rate loan would be better. This dilution is so bad it will never see .50 equivalent after the split. Again, any time a company needs to do a convertible note...that is really bad. They were bragging about cleaning all those notes out then they get the biggest convertible note in the company's history.. After being in business for 23 years and they still need this type of financing, there is not future. Everyone that bought at .60 will lose money on this guaranteed.
