It looks to me that with the unrelenting selling going on that in addition to the shorts sensing weakness there's more at work.
If the company is aware they will need an additional trial for AD they will do what they need to ensure continuity. that would include
selling in to the market repeatedly to obtain as much funding as they think is needed. Since an additional trial is not a "failure" they don't
have to report it until they have the monies to move forward. Thus 1-3% a day selling rather than a major selloff for them.
