That is a great first step in the right direction, but Market Makers are creative they will find ways around it. I also know that some like CDEL is already planning to sue the SEC to avoid doing it acting like they care about us investors having to pay a few more pennies for the trade. It will be interesting to see how it plays out. I would like to see them take away all Naked Shorts, if they want to make the market they have to do it with shares they own,otherwise stay out of the way of retail and stock owners
