Grant and research areas are always very good sources of revenue for new emerging companies, so I'll make a deal with you: If we don't have contract closure by the end of first quarter 2007, I'll start the process with my own team personally, and cover the top 25 grant allocations most likely to succeed.
I'd love to spend time chasing down government information packs this week, but if it comes down to orchestrating major power visits, fuel turbine tests, accreditation procedures, and contract revisions for short term deal closures, I'll take real deals over future R&D money anyday.
The other answer you may be happy to here is: USSEC isn't a grant taking, taxpayer subsidized company. It is ready for market and close to signing papers. Grants are normally given for companies to explore how they will provide future services. USSEC isn't lacking in market confidence. ;)
