Because we all know how markets and manipulater reacts after a "nice" longer timeline for relatively sure new shortpositions in the next 4-8 weeks!

So,some longs may have anticipated to sell 10 / 20 / even more % of their investment to buyback later and get more shares! sadly, excactly on that day i was away from the screen, i would have done the same with a very small amount of my holding.

On the other hand, some announcements could happen in that period of time (nature articel, partnership, MTD news, or even thinks we have not on our agenda)

So , some longs may try to optimize their portfolio and in the long run: Our shareprice will have fair value anyway.
