I actually think E has a valid point on this one, but I've been resting at ease knowing how slow government bureaucracies are. I think its irrational to expect so much from so little time. Personally I'll be giving a few more months before I inquire on that subject.

btw, ussec doesn't NEED gov funding, but everyone knows that we're going to pursue what we ought to be obligated anyhow. JR's been saying that since the beginning (even in the october conference call).
