In one section they talk about the senior secured note to Auctus should be null and void because of the SEC case. Another section says XTI is responsible to pay the note under the letter agreement.

It's always something Smarty. This kind of stuff happens with Xeri all the time. JVs and letter agreements and testing shouldn't be so messy all the time. But with Xeri, it always seems to be. There's always an issue with why some venture or product or deal is falling apart.
