Well, nobody knows anything of course, but I read most of the contract and don't remember anything about them going for an extension. I did see the final date of 31 December though. Maybe CC told them they could sign for this year and if it doesn't happen, they will fine tooth the contract and sign a new one.
I don't think that happened though, I think he was as ticked as us when that SAGA filing popped up.
Regardless though, it wouldn't be an extension for a year, it would be for up to a year... Knowing SAGA, it could take 20 Years, but I think the filing was in case they went into late January or something.
I don't know why they can't find SOMEONE that can do 10Q's... ???
