but, yeah, def wouldn't surprise me to see
massive dilution into a massive sell-of post-RS.

that would be the same script from 2011.
-- promise no plans to RS
-- do the RS anyway
-- rapidly dilute back to billions for easy money

fwiw, some non-ihub folks are talking about a class-action lawsuit.
one of them is a security law pro and says there is precedent for such
given repeat behavior, esp if mark can't produce any evidence in court
of legit plans to generate revenues with the current IPs.

re: mark giving himself new shares,
he still has his 3m preferred, which are immune to the RS,
so he might just plan to cash those out eventually.

but his 54m of current common were worth over $50k recently,
and i thought he might want to cash those out for 6-figures
before moving springing another RS.
evidently not...

time will tell how mark plays it.
and whether legal boom sweeps down
if mark just dilutes again post-RS...
