To my knowledge no large, actively managed institutions that research company business models have been identified as significant owners of the stock.

Longs have been challenged to find them for over a year here and surely they have the incentive to do so. But none have done so.

Of the over 200 institutions reporting NONE have been identified by the longs here as big owners despite the company making presentations continually year after year. That is telling.

While it is true that Vanguard and Blackrock own a significant percentage of Lightwave shares, the percentage is negligible to them (less than 1/10 or 1% of their own holdings of thousands of companies), and it isn't because they have analyzed the company because these are not actively managed funds, and the objective for the funds in those two that own Lightwave is not price-driven: It is to match the ror of the index.
