Mullen has been granted 2 - 180 day extensions to become compliant and in that year Mullen hasn't been compliant for 10 consecutive days.

Nasdaq can increase it to 20 consecutive days.

The Nasdaq committee will laugh Michery out of the meeting if he tries to use the naked shorting lawsuit as part of the plan to become compliant.

Mullen doesn't deserve to be listed on an exchange.
