September 6th, Mullen sent in the hearing request; it usually takes thirty days from the demand for a hearing to receive the hearing date; today is 30 days, so the hearing should be sometime within the next fifteen days after the hearing, NASDAQ can take up to three days to inform Mullen about their decision. I think between October. 20th and October 23rd, we should know what the decision is.
