I am not a subscriber to the notion that the FDA is corrupt. Like all government agencies, large pharma can pay for the best scientists and universities to participate in their studies. One can view that as a kind of “corruption” but seriously, it’s the form of economics that most of the people who complain about that claim to most love. Capitalism.

As for the FDA, of course those top doctors are very convincing. And those companies have immense influence over Congresspersons who oversee the FDA and would make them squirm if they were to be too skeptical of such companies, again, part of the system that those who complain the most, most believe in. Many of the same people want virtually no regulation.

But there is a reason that the FDA is looked to by virtually all similar regulators as the gold standard, and that is because they are strict generally, and they are carefully scientific.

The reality is, NWBO has not applied for approval yet, and they are being careful to adhere to the strictest scientific standards because they know the FDA has a reputation to uphold and they can be annoying sticklers. But that is not “corruption”. It can be frustrating, and it can be very hard on investors. No doubt about it.

But I think DCVax-L has a very good likelihood of being approved given a variety of special factors discussed many times. They are just being very careful not to have an unforced error. And that is a good thing.

I own NWBO. My posts on iHub are always posted expressly as just my humble opinion (IMHO) and none are advice, just my opinion. I am NOT a financial advisor, and it is assumed that everyone is responsible for their own due diligence.
