JRoon, the difference in my opinion is that prior management couldn't find their ass when blindfolded. They did little to fight generics infringement. They should have under JT, join the Marjac case to provide standing. They should have this, they should have that;;; But they didn't!!! Water under the bridge. Hopefully AD and the new board will be proactive to take steps necessary to open all opportunities and get this sold to BP. JMO
