In the case of TEPPER selling all of his shares and KNOWING that he knew the RULES OF THE GAME, this is one of those times I would say ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS
ALL imho

This also then begs the question as to WHY HAVE TEPPER SAVITZ TPS, BONDERMAN and the UW's NOT FILED ONE SUIT OVER THIS to date
