Now here ya have one of the DIPS that was in control of and a MAJOR part of the SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT for the 75/25 participation payout matrix RIGHT.

So one must understand that he would NOT SELL OUT HIS ENTIRE POSITION if ONE HAD TO HOLD their ORIGINAL SHARES to be paid here.

TEPPER put his WHOLE POSSIBLE RECOVERY in his ESCROW HOLDINGS position, when he sold all his share.

ALL here that are suggesting your only recovery is through your COOP shares, IMHO are seriously misleading this board...........

OR THAT ONE OF THE AUTHORS OF THIS PLAN IS JUST PLAIN TUPID!!!!!!!!
