The conversions mean that when the Restrictive Legend is removed from the Series B - they can be converted where 1 share of the Series B converts into 10 shares of common stock.

The amount of Series B stock issued to insiders is stunning as the dilution will destroy the price.

Just look at the Issuances and conversion.

Also the 2022 Annual Report hasn't been filed.
