The 28 year old who wants 'baby botox' is not comparable to the 55 year old with deep set wrinkles. The 28 year old may get 12u to her glabella twice per year, the 55 year old may be 20-30u to her glabella every 3-4 months. To compare products on a procedural basis only is fallacy, as each procedure uses a different amount of toxin, and the toxin itself therefore is a variable cost. This is why very few practices charge 'per site' now, nearly all charge per unit.
