That's a crock.......

With companies they don’t get the investment dollars and for LWLG that means a death spiral because they have mostly run out of retailers to bilk, so now you have BR, VG, and the others who follow them buying the ATM shares the company is selling to fund its GRIFT.



The company raised it's budget at higher prices.. ATM is not a factor at this time.
