I just don't see a need to fight on that battlefield. There are alot of warts, maybe there is value here, but there are alot of problems with there tenants. I rather just go with the tons of higher quality undervalued companies on my watchlist. I litterally have about 15-20 new stocks to buy within 5-10% of my buy price, plus I can always add more to all of my falling knives (Otherwise known as the stocks in my portfolio). No need to go down the quality level when I see alot of higher quality stuff falling to me. Have a great weekend. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
