MPW +.06 to 5.37, they cut the dividend to $0.15 quarterly ..... now trading way below book value, but they may be forced to take some big charges in the future. Some of their major hospital tenants are in serious financial distress.

Is their a price you'd get back in ? Or too much risk even at this price ? I can't imagine they're at risk of bankruptcy but who knows ?
