The disinformation that gets spread on this board and elsewhere can have some effect on the stock price in the short term. It hasn't stopped institutions from continuing to add however. As we get further news on commercialization the main negative narratives of the Bashers that the technology is still flawed and commercialization is years away will be debunked. When that commercialization news happens, all of the Bashers' credibility evaporates and they will become irrelevant..
