Presentation today on GORO.ob was excellent. They kept referring to a "decision" in early 2007, and they referred to 35million shares outstanding AFTER private placement.

Question: Are they trying to push the price higher to get the last private placement shares placed, or has the sale been completed?

For now, with my TRGD down today already, I'm going to watch this one closely but I'd expect at least some retracement (especially if gold retraces nearterm) before going much higher (GORO is up >50% just in the last month).
