possibly also trading on the side without admitting it,
but that doesn't really matter.

the key for me is whether critics
actually contribute to rational discussion
or are simply waste-of-oxygen naysayers,
posting the same vapid nonsense over and over.

and, imo, LMG generally fits the former category.

as posted before, LMG often raises legit concerns,
including promptly scanning filings
for anything tangible to complain about,
and has done so consistently for over a decade,
which i honestly appreciate
as a free investigation service for the board.

in the case of asserting "gagged TA,"
i'm calling that out as bullcookie
in context of the moment
when the trading pattern def suggests dilution.
and might still turn out to be dilution.

but claiming the TA isn't releasing current numbers
is clearly misinformation.
