It makes the most sense to me that it's Polariton too because it's well-known now to investors and any possible competitors (to shut down that argument) - as a commercial product offering because IT'S ON THEIR PUBLIC WEBSITE.
Normally, Lightwave would be shouting the Polariton deal from the mountaintops to get investors excited - why NOT tell us? Well, maybe because they had to choose between 2 things at ASM this year:
1. Telling us they had a deal with Polariton, and then having to go through all of the goals with the Foundry work and assure us that "progress is being made" despite failing to actually achieve the end goal. This was not appealing to them because it risked a share price collapse because a deal with Polariton was a nothing burger - shareholders wanted a deal to come out of the Foundry work - or at least some really good results. The ASMs often have been a catalyst for a big move in the price - both ways. They also wanted to avoid an ugly shareholder meeting because many shareholders were disgruntled at the lack of news all year.
2. Use the deal as a reason to no have to go through all of the goals so as to avoid the potential share price collapse and an ugly shareholder meeting with disgruntled investors.
Obviously #2 was a lot easier for them to do. And again, if the deal wasn't with Polariton there simply is no good reason after the ASM to not reveal that since it is public knowledge that Polariton is offering commercial products for sale that include Lightwave's perkamine chromophores.
