IF it wasn't Polariton or some foundry-related deal based on something in the future happening (the X, Y, Z I mentioned), what would it be Zebra?

A Transceiver deal? A Foundry license? A deal with an end user? The reason they can't show us the money is that X Y and Z aren't done! So, what reasonable alternative do you have for the deal that was made?

What you say was my premise is pretty damn reasonable. LR and KCC both think it is MORE reasonable to NOT sign a deal before all reliability testing is completed, so I would imagine they are having a hard time not coming to the same conclusion that I have.

Then you say my premise was used to base a conclusion that the PR was used to obscure the actual status. The agreement WAS used to obscure it: What else do you think Dr Lebby was saying when he was directly asked why he didn't go over the goals (which were Foundry-related primarily)? He literally was saying that the commercial deal (whatever it was) was the reason he didn't need to go over the goals (ie..obscured from our view).

This isn't 'twisting'. This is the most reasonable interpretation of the reality.
