It's called UN-economical Trade. It's ILLEGAL...Brokers close accounts for that type of manipulative trading. The PERP repeated that illegal trade today, but this time, the SEC-rule-violator washtraded 150 shares at .0074 ($1.11) when the commission was higher than $1.11. Again, this criminal is taking a LOSS just to manipulate the stock down, and cause a red pps. Utter Desperation, resorting to criminal activity and risking the closure of his/her account. WOW.
