Lastchoice: The Sam timeframe is tough to call right now. What we do know is that the Court has not even set this case for hearing. As point out by others here, in this same timeframe, the court had already heard oral arguments in the NOK arb case and maybe even rendered a decision.

So what's holding us up with Sam. Several of our Eagles have opined that the Court can go forward without regard to the new Sam arb request. If true, we should be getting a hearing date shortly from the Court. If untrue or if the Court is uncertain and watching the new arb, we are looking at some further delays.

Regardless, without a settlement, it could still be a considerable time as we still have to have a hearing, motions for new trial, appeals, etc.
