Sure appears from this relatively small trial that dcvax needs the adjuvant polyICLC and results in great improvement. Dcvax alone as we have seen from the large trial provides modest improvement with a group of very long term survivors.
Hope it gets approved and in practice will be used with one or more adjuvant
