Assuming NWBO follows through and announces submission as expected in the time frame they said then any temporary drop between now and then gives shareholders the chance to buy more very cheaply with knowledge the rest of the market discounts.

The only way this is not a gift is if NWBO fails to announce submission AND also takes a long time to approve.
