Why would they say "we are submitting tomorrow" instead of waiting a day and saying we submitted? SP was in a bad downward spiral. The PR gave them some life and energized the base. I wish they would say something Tuesday to stop the slow walk down again. Doesn't have to be earth shattering, just a reminder of things to come.
