i've only checked a couple times today.
saw it at 0006 earlier, 0007 now.

if it's changing often today,
could be people have been placing and cancelling orders.

also remember that there are still no dealers making a market in MIKP
so the quotes we see on the bid/ask are a subset of open orders on offer.

eg: i still have 5m @ 0005 open buy order,
from larger GTC buy, in place for the past 2 weeks,
but the current quoted bid i see is only 2m @ 0005,
even on etrade, which is hosting my GTC buy order.
