The skeptic in me says you’re obviously a short a basher. But if you are a large shareholder, you’re attempting to do it by disintegrating the value of the company using illegal means hence you won’t be a shareholder for very long.

A potential or an ongoing plan:
1) Took down the company from the peak $12 to a dollar or penny price.
2) Bought large shares at the bottom to cover the short for profit and turn into a long.
3) Wait for the clinical trial results to execute the 2nd part of the plan
4) Since trial results positive, it's time to bash the management and utilize those large shares as trigger to take over the company if the regulatory approvals are inevitable.

Why can't the above outlined schema be your action steps all these years? You tell us whether it's true or false. We shareholders have no idea, but we can not deny some group of malicious people have such intention and target.

My first buys were between $3 and $4. My recollection is that when LL said that everybody is living longer, that triggered the self off — I actually had no real understanding at the time as to the reason for the sell off. And actually saw her comment as a positive signal that Vax was working on patients even in the cross over.

But I learned a lot about pseudo progression and the cross over the next year or so. And had to brush up on my statistics as well!

Conspiracy theories are intoxicating. So I understand that no matter what someone says to contradict the conspiracy, some posters will just keep hanging on.

In the last DECADE plus:

BOTH IT Technology AND HEDGING techniques have ACCELERATED!

Whereas the typical mindset may NOT have the above in their mindset.

Sophisticated players (or Dubious to Heathened ones however you liken it) may be on BOTH sides of STRADDLING ATOP a delicate FENCE:
1)They can severely weaken a stock by bashing whether rightly or wrongly & WIN by buying shares from Weak Kneed folding ones to either or both cover to profit & build a long position
2)They have the IT tools & deep pockets & HUGE network built over 2+ decades to deploy $successfully UNTIL the last days BEFORE NWBO Launch.

The above may NOT even seep into most mindsets.

To discard it indicates what has
TRANSPIRED in Last DECADE

AND this applies to many scores of Biotechs!

EVEN those that are:
NASDAQ.
60-95% Institutionally OWNED
where trading volume BOGGLES the mind: COVERING at still LOW prices due to ALL enumerated reasons above
