When the CEO is the Chef, Cook and Bottle washer for the company, the Corporate Headquarters is in a briefcase, there is no money or assets, EVERY SALES ANNOUNCEMENT has been a LIE, and you keep constantly dropping off the OTC radar due to late filings--likely fraudulent....yeah its done. Watching the denial is absolutely delicious.
