Lol - you can keep imagining walking this road that we really and truly are not going down. I promise! I might be "diplomatic" as someone put it earlier, BUT I am pretty much a straight shooter. If I was aware that this was destined to be a permanent and irrevocable change, I'd be saying that. And there's not a bone in my body that believes all the communications and discussions I've been privy to have been "shielding" me from a hard fact that it's going to be this way or the highway. I mean, there's not that many of us left. I trust these ppl - there is no way, that as long as people currently running this site and making decisions are going to unilaterally decide Full View is the only option. It's just not happening at least any time soon. Could it happen in the future, sure, but I just don't see it occurring in what I consider "the near future".

When you talk about "forcing" this. Reconsider that term. Yes, we have "pushed" this to all Users. They don't want it, that's cool. There's some unexpected glitches but nothing sinister in this. It's not like the ability to switch was buried in 15 different steps to get the Classic view back. Hit a button and toggle it. That simple.

I mean, really, from a business standpoint there's absolutely no reason, that I can fathom, to take away Classic view any time soon. It works well, people like it and there's really no harm in keeping it.

Yes, absolutely there seems to be some sort of glitch with this roll out affecting some people. We'll figure it out.

I think you may have been one of the people back in the day who really appreciated previous "skins" that iHub offered. If not you, my bad. But basically, that was an obscure feature (when I started) but that people swore by. As I remember it, that feature was there for a very long time for those that wanted it, but eventually we stopped supporting it. But, I mean - that was years.

A silly but perfect example. Prob 30 years ago I got an email address through my ISP .bellsouth. I think they were bought out by AT&T and then maybe yahoo took a piece I don't know. But after 25ish years, I was having huge problems with the way I was receiving emails and there were always glitches. I couldn't find any help on Yahoo! mail FAQ and finally understood that I needed to pay! yahoo some sort of advanced troubleshooting fee for email (fuzzy memory - but the gist). Pissed me off and I stewed for months about it. lol FINALLY I decided to suck it up and pay. Come to find out, I couldn't even pay! Yahoo for support - they no longer supported that platform. lol

My long rambling point, do I assume Classic will eventually go away? Yes. Will it be within our lifetime? ha - who knows? But, you can continue to insist that this is some sort of nefarious plan/design...it's just not.
