Nah, the big toe is most crucial for balance. What I actually meant was that there is no "setting" or splint for the little toe. Depending on severity of break or deformity, if grossly out of whack or shape, they'll manually straighten it and then tape it to the adjacent toe and and tell you good luck and send you on your way.
