DTII will have over 3 million shares O/S at year end or more, There will be no sales, no chance of sales and they will be Balance Sheet insolvent. They will continue to deceive investors with the SCAM since they have 600,000,000 shares authorized. All they will do is sell shares and pay themselves. Already today DTII backed off from .02 and now trading @ .0194. Sub penny price could be by the end of September. SCAM! I believe they are now being investigated for fraud.
