Ted the whole passive and having to purchase shares when LWLG first started trading on NASDAQ may of had merit in the beginning but it is hard to believe that they keep throwing money at LWLG without at least a quarterly review of the company and progress. 1/10 % of the portfolio or not it would be someone's ass on the line to keep investing funds into a losing company with no future. They just keep investing money until they lose it all without a fund manager ever doing a follow up on the company. That makes no sense.
