100% correct! All the pumping and even bashing here is not going to matter. Message boards are good place to vent for unhappy stockholders, but if the pumpers are thinking that their praising of this company/management is going to help lift the stock price and bring in any serious money, that is laughable. That is why I say, ALL that matters is the numbers. So you are correct, financial statements ARE the 'gospel' of every company. Read them and study them for ANY investment. That will give you a great reading on the financial status of that company. And when a company like this has NEVER shown a profit in their 20 year existence and has amassed over $10,000,000 in liabilities with very low sales, that is NOT GOOD! Yes, NOT GOOD to say the least! Talk about 'warning signs' and RED FLAGS --- this company has MANY!
