You are right there are some real crazies here. I doubt they shorted at .06, much higher though yes,
First of all I owe you nothing. Secondly, you wouldn't understand it anyway. Thirdly, I didn't say it was a great investment should you be able to read and comprehend I have stated many times it is a gamble especially in a foreign country.
And fourth and final, you evidently are nervous that your short position will erode should the company work out their financial hole which appears to be the case, and we get positive news as to permissions.
