The definition of "past" in the context of my post is clear.

The only thing that matters now is for Anavex to deliver solid unfumbled clinical data and readouts that can make it to and past an NDA filing.

No approval without getting past the steps I repeat below.

1. File an NDA
2. Have it accepted by the FDA, instead of a Complete Response Letter (CRL)
3. Get a review date
4. Get past the review
5. Get approval.
